One-off and monthly donations
Donors give once or monthly on a donation page in your branding, by card, Bancontact or iDEAL. With Pro you place the donation form or a pop-up on your own website.
Supporter fundraisers and events
Supporters start their own fundraiser page for your campaign, such as a sponsored run. For events you sell tickets, scan them at the door with a QR scanner and follow the total live.
Tax certificates and donor management
The donation form asks for the tax details and you see who is eligible; with WeGlow CRM a recognised organisation sends the certificates with one click to all of them. The donor overview shows who is active, lapsing or lost, and the CRM also keeps members, volunteers and sponsors in one database.
Emailing your donors
With WeGlow Mail you plan and send newsletters and thank-you emails; {{first_name}} fills in the first name. Mailing up to 250 contacts is in every plan, larger lists are chosen per month.

What is the difference between fundraising software and a donation platform?
A donation platform is about receiving gifts online. Fundraising software also covers supporter fundraisers, events, email and donor management. WeGlow.world starts as a donation platform and grows into full fundraising software.
Is fundraising software expensive for a small charity?
Not at WeGlow.world: the free plan costs 0 euros a month. You pay 5% per gift, and the donor is asked whether they want to cover it. You move to Pro or add a module only when you need it.
Can I import my donors from Excel?
Yes, the WeGlow.world CRM imports an Excel or CSV file of contacts. So you never start from an empty database.
Does the software work with my existing CRM?
WeGlow.world has a Salesforce integration on the Pro plan, so gifts land in your existing CRM. Without a CRM, you can use the WeGlow.world CRM itself.
Where is my donor data stored?
WeGlow.world stores the data in the European Union, and it stays your organisation's data. Payments run through your own Mollie or Stripe account.
