A WeGlow donation page is a hosted page on weglow.world where donors choose an amount and pay, in your organisation’s style. You set your own amounts, write the title and text per language, and share the link by email, social media or on your website.
The donor goes through a short flow: amount, details, optionally address and fiscal details, summary and payment. You can create several donation pages per organisation, for example one per campaign or audience.

What can you set yourself?
You choose the name, link, title, subtitle and description per language, a banner image per language, your colours and your amounts. You can show a goal amount with a progress bar and write a thank-you email and thank-you page per language. The logo comes from your organisation profile.
What does the donor see?
The donor picks an amount, enters name and email, optionally leaves a message and finishes with the payment methods of your payment account. If your organisation uses more than one language, the page shows a language switcher.
Hosted page or widget?
The hosted page lives on a WeGlow link that you share yourself and is included in the free plan. A form or popup directly on your own website is the donation widget, a Pro feature. Both use the same payment account.

Where is my donation page?
On weglow.world, under your organisation’s page. You get a link to share by email, social media or your website. You can create several donation pages and set one as the default.
Can I use my own colours and logo?
Yes. The logo comes from your organisation profile, you set the banner image per language, and you can choose your own accent colour on top of your organisation’s colours.
Can donors give monthly?
Yes, when recurring gifts are switched on for your organisation. The donor then chooses monthly, quarterly or yearly and confirms a SEPA direct debit consent.
Do donors pay extra costs?
WeGlow charges 5% transaction costs. For organisations on the “cover platform costs” model, the donor can pay that 5% on top of the gift, so your organisation receives the full amount. The toggle is on by default.
Can I issue tax certificates?
Yes, for Belgian organisations. The page asks for fiscal details from €40 per year per donor, the threshold for a tax certificate. You switch this on per organisation.
