CRM integration for nonprofits, starting with Salesforce
Let donations, donors and campaigns flow into your organisation’s CRM automatically.
With WeGlow’s CRM integration, your donations, donors and campaigns flow automatically into the CRM system your organisation already uses. Today Salesforce is available, including the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Nonprofit Cloud. HubSpot, iRaiser and Odoo are announced as “coming soon”.
You connect in a few steps, check the field mapping, run a test sync and switch the connection on. After that, new donations sync automatically. The integration belongs to the Pro plan at €40 per month.

How to connect Salesforce
You click “Connect with Salesforce” and grant permission. WeGlow detects your configuration and proposes a field mapping in which you can switch individual fields off. Then WeGlow prepares the extra field, you run a test sync and you activate the connection.
What gets synced?
New donations and their donors arrive in Salesforce as a contact and a donation, with the campaign or action they gave to. Every record gets an external ID from WeGlow, so a repeat never creates a duplicate record. You see the overview of waiting and failed items in the dashboard.
You stay in control
You can pause, resume or disconnect the sync. If you change the mapping, the connection pauses until you have tested again. When you disconnect, existing records stay in Salesforce, and a later reconnect keeps updating the same records.
Frequently asked questions
Which CRM systems are supported?
Today that is Salesforce, including NPSP, Nonprofit Cloud and custom setups. HubSpot, iRaiser and Odoo are announced as “coming soon”. If you want another connection, you can book a meeting.
Does a Salesforce administrator need to do anything?
Once, yes. Salesforce blocks apps that are not installed in your environment. An administrator approves WeGlow with a permission set that has the system permission “Approve Uninstalled Connected Apps”. That is needed once per Salesforce environment.
What happens to my data if I disconnect?
Existing records stay in Salesforce. New donations are no longer synced. If you reconnect later, WeGlow keeps updating the same records instead of creating new ones.
Is the integration in the free plan?
No. Integrations with external systems belong to the Pro plan at €40 per month, which also includes donation widgets and upselling to monthly gifts.
Do I need this if I use the WeGlow CRM?
No. The WeGlow CRM is a separate module of WeGlow itself. The integration is meant for organisations that also manage their donors and gifts in an external CRM system.
